Terms of use

These terms apply to the Fuse Royale game (package com.bigworks.fuseroyale), made by BigWorks, and to its online services (account, online matches, ranking, friends and shop). By playing, you agree to them. Questions: tailon.playconsole@gmail.com.

The game and your account

  • The game is free. The online account is optional and keeps your progress on the server, the ranking and your friends.
  • You are responsible for access to your account. One account belongs to one person.
  • If you are a minor, use the online account with a parent or guardian's permission.

Fair play

To keep matches fun for everyone, you may not:

  • Use software, a modified version of the game or a bug to gain an advantage, coins, gems or items.
  • Call the server outside the game to change results, ranking or the economy, or overload the server.
  • Arrange results with other accounts or use multiple accounts to climb the ranking.
  • Use an offensive name, impersonate another person or the game team, or send abusive messages.

Breaking these rules may cost what was gained irregularly, removal from the ranking or suspension or deletion of the account.

Coins, gems and items

  • Coins, gems, characters, items and the season pass are game content: you get a license to use them in Fuse Royale. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred to another account.
  • Game content may change with updates (prices, rewards, balance of characters and modes).

Real-money purchases

  • Purchases are optional and made through Google Play, which handles payment. The price shows in your currency before you confirm.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's rules and applicable consumer law. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, what it granted is removed from the account; if it was already spent, the balance is owed until covered by future earnings.
  • Trouble with a purchase: write to the contact above with your account email and the Google Play order number.

Online service

We do our best to keep the server up, but it may stop for maintenance or technical issues. Matches against bots and on the same Wi-Fi work without the server.

Ownership

The game, characters, art, music and the Fuse Royale brand belong to BigWorks. Screenshots and match videos to share the game are welcome.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with the updated date. The laws of Brazil apply.
