Fuse Royale Português

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026. The Portuguese version at /privacidade is the reference text.

This policy explains what data the Fuse Royale game (package com.bigworks.fuseroyale) collects, what it is used for and how you can delete it. Questions: tailon.playconsole@gmail.com.

Playing without an account

The online account is optional. Without it, your profile, progress and settings stay on your device and are not sent to us (only the anonymous usage statistics described below, which you can turn off).

What we collect with an online account

  • Sign-in: your email and, if you sign in with email and password, the password (stored only in hashed form, which cannot be read). If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your email, name and profile picture address; the game only uses the email and the name.
  • Profile and progress: the name you choose, level and experience, coins and gems, wins, matches, eliminations, ranking and league points, missions, season pass, character mastery, the characters, items and emotes you own and what you have equipped.
  • Online matches: to play online, the game sends our match server your name, chosen character and look, and the match commands (direction, bomb, ability). The server stores the result (placement, eliminations, blocks and items) for missions, the pass and the league. Guests appear with their name only and nothing is stored.
  • Purchases: when the game has purchases, they go through Google Play. We only receive the purchase receipt (the product and the code Google generates) to credit your account; card details stay with Google and never reach us.
  • Friends: your friend code, friend requests, when you were last seen and the code of the room you opened (visible only to your friends), and the emojis and invites exchanged between friends.
  • Technical logs: the server logs IP address and time of access, for security and troubleshooting.

Anonymous usage statistics

With or without an account, the game sends our server usage statistics so we know what to improve: when the game is opened and closed, matches (mode, difficulty, duration and result), screens opened, shop items viewed and bought, pass and mission progress, rewarded ads watched and Google Play purchases (product and price). They carry a random code created when the game is installed, the version and the device system; they never include name, email, account, contacts, location or the device's advertising ID. We use no third-party tool for this and do not share this data. It is kept for up to 400 days. To turn it off, open Settings > Anonymous statistics; anything not yet sent is deleted from the device.

What we use it for

  • Saving your progress and taking it to another device.
  • Running online matches (queue and rooms with friends) and counting each result.
  • Showing the online ranking (name, level, wins, matches, eliminations, points and league; never the email).
  • Making the friends list, messages and invites work.
  • Sending the account confirmation email.
  • Understanding, through the anonymous statistics, what works in the game: what to improve, what to keep and how to price the pass and items.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and, in this version, we show no ads. The game uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools (anonymous statistics stay on our own server); if it ever shows ads (always optional, in exchange for a reward), this policy will be updated first. The data stays on our server; only the services needed for the game to work take part: Google (if you choose to sign in with Google), the provider that sends the confirmation email and the server hosting company.

In matches with friends on the same network, devices exchange each player's name and character directly; this does not go through our server. The room code points to the network address of the device that created it.

Security

Communication with the server is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed and each player can only change their own data.

How long we keep it

As long as the account exists. When you delete the account, the data is removed from the server immediately; backups may keep it for up to 30 days before being discarded. Anonymous usage statistics are kept for up to 400 days and are not linked to the account.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, as provided by Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). To delete the account, see how to delete your account; for anything else, write to tailon.playconsole@gmail.com.

Children

The game works without an account. If you are a minor, only create an online account with a parent or guardian's permission.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with the updated date.
