Delete your Fuse Royale account

You can delete your online account and the data linked to it at any time, in the game itself or by email.

In the game

  1. Open Fuse Royale and tap Profile.
  2. On the Profile tab, in the Online account box, tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice. The account is deleted right away and the game signs out.

Without the game

Send an email to tailon.playconsole@gmail.com with the subject Delete Fuse Royale account, from the account's email address (or the Google account you use to sign in). The account is deleted within 30 days and we reply to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Sign-in: email, hashed password and the link to the Google account.
  • The online profile: name, level, experience, coins, gems, wins, matches, eliminations and points (you leave the ranking).
  • Characters and items you bought and what you have equipped.
  • Friends, friend requests, presence and messages (emojis and invites).

What stays

  • Progress saved on your device stays in the local profile until you delete that profile or uninstall the game.
  • Server backups may keep the data for up to 30 days before being discarded.
